Techniques:

Level 4: apollyon is able to use the dark matter which makes up his body, and maipulate it at will. aka, he can shapeshift. he can shapeshift into other people, but only for a very short period of time, which is why he does not change his appearance since it will only last for a little over an hour. he can make his body parts into various large or small weapons. he can also shift his body into armor.
*for an idea, think of proto type, except without the tentacle stuff and he can transform more than one body part at a time. heres some links to prototype videos if u dont know what im talkin about:
